Vehicle Information is a unique service which brings together lots of useful driving-related tools, services and discounts into a package especially made for our members. For full details of what the Vehicle Information currently includes, please see our service page. To keep Vehicle Information useful and relevant we may add or remove items from the bundle as required. We guarantee that all existing users will have access to any new services or offers we add to the Vehicle Information.

How do I add my vehicles to my account?

Log in to your account, and then click "Edit Vehicles" from the navigation drop-down. You should then see a list of your vehicles you have previously added (you can have up to 5 vehicles in your account at any one time). If there are less than 5 vehicles, click one of the "Free Space" buttons, and then click the blue "Add Vehicle" button, and then enter the vehicle registration number into the form.

How do I delete a vehicle from my account?

Log in to your account, and then click "Edit Vehicles" from the navigation drop-down. You should then see a list of your vehicles. Simply click a vehicle and then click the red "Delete Vehicle" button to remove it from your account. You can add and remove vehicles as often as you want. Removing a vehicle from your account will also delete any pending alerts and reminders that may have been set up for that vehicle.

How do I view the status of a vehicle?

Log in to your account. After you have added a vehicle, you can click the button from the account homepage to view previous test results for that vehicle.

How do I stop receiving the alerts?

Firstly, log in to your account. Go to the Vehicle Info page, and then click the Alerts tab if you want to change vehicle-specific alerts. For account-specific alerts, go to the Toolbox page and click Alerts.

How do I login?

Please visit the Login page. If you have forgotten your password simply click the "Forgotten password" link to reset your password.

How do I close my account?

To cancel your account, please log in and navigate to the account settings page. From here, you will be able to close your account.
