Vehicle Information is a unique service which brings together lots of useful driving-related tools, services and discounts into a package especially made for our members. How do I claim my MOT discount?

How do I add my vehicles to my account?

Log in to your account. At the top of the account home page you can add a vehicle that you want to view the status for by entering the vehicle’s registration number (number plate).

How do I delete a vehicle from my account?

At the top of the account page choose the vehicle you want to remove by clicking the grey bar. At the bottom of the expanded grey box simply click the button labeled ‘Delete’.

How do I view the MOT history of a vehicle?

Log in to your account. At the top of the page you can add a vehicle that you want to view the status for by entering the vehicle’s registration number (number plate).

How do I stop receiving the alerts?

Firstly, log in to your account. You can then visit the settings page to turn on or off alerts for each service.

How do I login?

Please visit the Login page, and then click the "Forgotten password" link to reset your password.

How do I close my account?

To cancel your account, please log in and navigate to the account settings page. From here, you will be able to close your account.
